7. Limitation of Liability

AG Digital's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or traffic levels.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice. Outstanding fees for services already delivered remain payable.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
